All references to “you” “your” or “yours” refer to the lessor, or purchaser, of the beat(s) encompassed in the Leasing Terms and Conditions. All references to “Producer” refer to the music producer(s) who composed the original music production(s) encompassed in the Leasing Terms and Conditions.

MP3 Lease:

You will immediately receive an encoded MP3 file digitally delivered of the untagged beat(s) upon completed purchase. The MP3 Lease allows you to use the beat for ONE commercial release at your price for up to 2,000 copies, which includes physical and digital distribution channels. One commercial release means that the beat(s) encompassed in the MP3 Lease can be released as either a single release or part of an album or multiple track release. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may receive up to 100,000 paid streams on audio streaming services including but not limited to Spotify, Rhapsody, and Apple Music. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use and/or demos. You are strictly prohibited from re-selling the beat and represent it as your own original music production.You may receive up to 200,000 total non-monetized YouTube plays for videos that the beat(s) is included in, but you are strictly prohibited from monetizing and/or collecting royalties from the use of the beat from synchronization, including but not limited to YouTube or related video streaming services. The Producer retains full ownership of publishing rights to the beat(s) and you cannot claim ownership of the beat or submit it for synchronization licensing opportunities. In the event that someone obtains exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall remain in effect for the remaining lease period and the beat is still yours to use. Neither the Producer nor Abeato shall receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must give full credit to the Producer for the production of the beat as follows: Produced by [insert Producer’s name] on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the Producer still owns the beat(s) and the Producer is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

WAV Lease:

You will immediately receive a high quality WAV file of the untagged beat(s) upon completed purchase. The WAV Lease allows you to use the beat for ONE commercial release. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 4,000 copies, which includes physical and digital distribution channels. One commercial release means that the beat(s) encompassed in the MP3 Lease can be released as either a single release or part of an album or multiple track release. Selling more than 4,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may receive up to 200,000 paid streams on audio streaming services including but not limited to Spotify, Rhapsody, and Apple Music. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You are strictly prohibited from re-selling the beat and represent it as your own original music production. You may receive up to 200,000 total non-monetized YouTube plays for videos that the beat(s) is included in, but you are strictly prohibited from monetizing and/or collecting royalties from the use of the beat from synchronization, including but not limited to YouTube or related video streaming services. Tracked Out Lease:

You will receive the studio quality WAV audio files of the beat mixed and tracked immediately after completed purchase. The Tracked Out Lease allows you to use the beat for TWO commercial releases. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 10,000 copies, which includes physical and digital distribution channels. Two commercial releases means that the beat(s) encompassed in the MP3 Lease can be released in two commercial releases (i.e., a single release and part of an album or multiple track release). Selling more than 10,000 copies means you must acquire exclusive rights, which will be negotiated directly with the Producer. You may receive up to 400,000 paid streams on audio streaming services including but not limited to Spotify, Rhapsody, and Apple Music. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You are strictly prohibited from re-selling the beat and represent it as your own original music production. You may receive up to 500,000 total non-monetized YouTube plays for videos that the beat(s) is included in, but you are strictly prohibited from monetizing and/or collecting royalties from the use of the beat from synchronization, including but not limited to YouTube or related video streaming services. The Producer retains full ownership of publishing rights to the beat(s) and you cannot claim ownership of the beat or submit it for synchronization licensing opportunities.
